Our Campus

Kent College Dubai covers a 53,000 square-metre campus and was designed by architects BroadwayMalyan. The buildings form an L-shape along two sides of the perimeter, leaving large areas for gardens, shaded spaces and extensive sports fields.

The EYFS, Junior and Senior schools are all on the same plot, and from a child's viewpoint, progression through the school will be seen by moving in ascending building size the EYFS building is single storey, the Junior school two storeys and the Senior three.

Modern yet cozy, the building's flowing and curvaceous design is dramatically enhanced by bold use of colour on the EYFS and Junior schools. Courtyard areas covered with 'sails' provide shaded play areas and walkways. And with a built area of 32,000 metres, Kent College Dubai offers a generous 22 square metres per person, with a 20-pupil cap for each of the large and airy classrooms.

Throughout the school, the build has a strong environmental emphasis; insulation against the heat is provided by the newest fire-retardant cladding installed on both the exterior of the buildings and one metre below the entire floor surface area. On the roof extensive solar panelling will help supply electricity to the school, while all windows are hi-spec double glazing and water run-off is channelled out to the gardens.
